Pleasure Craft Operator Card VS Pleasure Craft Licence
As of 2026, your Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC – boaters licence) does not expire, but your Pleasure Craft Licence (PCL – boat registration) must be renewed every 5 years. The PCOC is for you (the operator), while the PCL is for your boat (the vessel).
